Business woman Penny Chandler takes herself very seriously. She goes to work every day, makes deals, busts heads, etc. However... we managed to get the jump on this prissy executive, causing her to spend a few hours bound and gagged in her condo in downtown Los Angeles.We spent a few hours photographing and videotaping Ms. Chandler.
